Terms & Conditions
- Tenants will only have confirmed bookings of booths after they made a 50% down payment to the specified bank account. / Partisipan baru bisa dikatakan reservasi tempat/booth setelah melakukan pembayaran uang muka sebesar 50% di rekening bank yang sudah ditentukan.
- All tenants must have settled all their payments at 9 September 2012 at the latest. If tenants failed to do so, the organizer has the right to find a replacement tenant. / Semua partisipan harus sudah melunasi seluruh pembayaran mereka pada tanggal 9 September 2012. Apabila tidak, panitia berhak mencari partisipan penganti.
- The organizer will have the absolute right to rent the space/booth/stall to any other interested party/person, if the Tenant failed to confirm their participation within 5 days before the event; do not turn up on the day of the event without informing. / Panitia berhak untuk menyewakan tempat/booth kepada orang lain apabila partisipan tidak memberikan konfirmasi kepada panitia selambatnya 5 (lima) hari sebelum acara. Tidak diperbolehkan untuk datang tanpa konfirmasi.
- All deposits/monies/rental paid is not refundable and the decision from the organizers are final. / Semua uang deposit yang sudah dibayarkan tidak dapat dikembalikan dan keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
- The organizers are not responsible for any misfortune, damage of goods or loss of sales during the event. / Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab apabila terdapat kehilangan atau kerusakan di dalam tempat/booth selama acara.
- The Tenant must inform the organizer 5 days in advance, in the event that they cannot make it on any one specific day during the event to give way to the organizers to get another replacement Tenant. / Partisipan harus memberikan konfirmasi mengenai kedatangan dan kesanggupan mengisi tempat/booth minimal 5 (lima) hari sebelum acara agar panitia bisa mencari pengganti pengisi tempat/booth.
- The Tenant is solely responsible for the cleanliness of the rented space/booth/stall before, during & after the event./ Partisipan bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan tempat/booth menjelang, pada saat, dan setelah acara.
- All goods that are to be sell and exhibited are not counterfeited and stolen goods. / Semua barang yang dijual/ dipamerkan bukan merupakan barang palsu ataupun curian.
- All Tenants are required to decorate their space/booth/stalls at their best. / Semua partisipan diharuskan menghias dan mendekor tempat/booth mereka masing-masing.
- Tenants may promote their products via handout, banner, etc. as long as it does not contravene others. / Partisipan diperbolehkan mempromosikan produk mereka melalui handout, banner, dsb. selama tidak mengganggu partisipan yang lainnya.
- All tenants will have the same facility: Electricity, 10-Ampere (220 volt) single pass per-booth (If tenant wishes to add their electricity capacity they are required to pay an extra IDR. 250,000), 1 (one) table, 2 (two) chairs, 1 (one) nameplate. / Semua partisipan mendapatkan fasilitas yang sama: Daya listrik 10 Ampere (220 volt) 1 mcb per/tempat/booth (Apabila partisipan berkehendak untuk menambah daya listrik, mereka diharuskan membayar tambahan IDR 250,000), 1 (satu) meja, 2 (dua) kursi, 1 (satu) papan nama.
- All tenants may start their set up from 14 September 2012 (00.01) and they must tear down their equipment at 16 September 2012 (23.00). / Semua partisipan dapat memulai persiapan pada tanggal 14 September 2012 (00.01) dan harus selesai membongkar perlengkapan pada tanggal 16 September 2012 (23.00).
- Any amendments of this terms and agreement will only be binding if both parties signed it. / Semua perubahan dari syarat dan ketentuan ini baru dapat mengikat apabila ditandatangani oleh kedua pihak.
- All Tenant are bound and binding by this terms & conditions for this event. / Semua partisipan terikat dengan syarat dan ketentuan ini.
- Any conflicts will be settled in a friendly matter. / Apabila terjadi perselisihan, panitia akan mengutamakan untukmenyelesaikan secara kekeluargaan
